You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process on-chain data that is publicly available on blockchain networks. We do not collect personal information unless you provide it to us directly through our contact forms or service agreements.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Our predictive models and analytics are based on historical data and patterns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, investment, or trading advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prevail Alpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prevail Alpha Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
